Goals, activities and results expected/reached:

The Innovation&Expansion@Artevasi project was structured taking into account the strategy and the growth goals of Artevasi for the period 2015 to 2019: to promote the growth and consolidation of the company in international markets, value creation and company sustainability and a greater ability to promote innovation and product diversification. With this project, Artevasi intended to focus on strengthening its business skills, which includes the acquisition of leading-edge technologies and innovative tools.

The project enabled Artevasi to equip itself with the most suitable instruments in order to develop innovative and differentiated products of high quality and design targeted at the international market.

The Innovation&Expansion@Artevasi is crucial for the Artevasi positioning as a strong status and a well-known brand, able to grow and to efficiently and effectively deal with the global market demands.

Goals, activities and results expected/reached:

The Artevasi_GoGlobal project enhances to improve the company’s growth in the international market, increasing visibility and projection that are its key success factors.

The project was structured in seven complementary lines of action according to its goals and strategy:

  • Attendance at trade fairs with stand;
  • WEB presence, taking actions in order to improve the brand visibility in the digital world;
  • International development and promotion of the Artevasi brand in a number of strategic countries as part of the internationalization process;
  • Prospecting and presence in international markets to increase the number of new customers and new businesses to fit the segments of the Artevasi target market;
  • International marketing which includes the acquisition of skills and innovative marketing tools for better communication and projection of the Artevasi brand in the international market;
  • New essential commercial practices to support Artevasi’s growth in international markets;
  • Specific certifications for external markets through the implementation and certification of the company according to ISO9001: 2015, which is crucial to position itself as a supplier of large retailers in the international market.

All these measures have allowed the development of skills in promotion and international marketing as well as the introduction of innovative processes to manage its customer relationships and its business processes. The initiatives developed have also contributed to a greater visibility and projection of the Artevasi brand in the global market, either through its presence in international markets or through prospecting.

Goals, activities and results expected/reached:

The Artevasi4Excellence project aims to support Artevasi in achieving its goals and growth strategy, in particular for the Artevasi brand positioning as a strong and well-known brand, able to grow and to efficiently and effectively deal with the global market demands.

 

In order to qualify the company to operate in increasingly competitive and demanding markets, Artevasi4Excellence takes into account a properly organized and associated set of measures:

  • New methodologies and organizational practices, intended to focus on strengthening the management skills of the company and increasing the levels of efficiency and effectiveness of its production processes, logistics and distribution;
  • New promotional and digital marketing tools to promote and improve visibility of Artevasi products;
  • New logistics processes able to improve flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness of the company in order to efficiently and effectively deal with the increasingly global market;
  • Enhance the company’s skills in Research, Development and Innovation by the implementation of a research, development and innovation management system regarding the NP4457 standard.
